You can buy stationery, ink and toner, furniture and ergonomic equipment, cleaning and hygiene products, catering and hospitality supplies, workwear, first aid and technology. There are own-brand lines, a Best Price range of over 900 products, and services such as corporate account management and a Viking One programme for the largest customers. Prices can be shown with or without VAT, which suits business buyers, and Nectar points are earned at 1 point per £1 spent.
Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £89 excluding VAT, with a £5.95 charge below that, and the first order qualifies for free delivery from £29 excluding VAT. Next working day delivery is advertised on eligible items. Returns are free within a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex or PayPal, or open an invoice account paid within about 30 days.
